Primary school invites community to an Open Day

Peel Brow Primary School in Ramsbottom is holding an Open Day on Tuesday 22 November.

Danny Mellor, head teacher at Peel Brow, said: “We want to encourage parents and families, and members of the local community, to come in and see what our school is like. It’s also an opportunity for parents to have a look round and get a general feel for the place.

“Visitors will be given a guided tour of the school by our newly elected school councillors, when normal lessons will be taking place, who will answer any questions. We’ll give our guests refreshments at the end of the tour – why not come along and see what Peel Brow is like?”

The Open Day is in two sessions: from 9.30am to 11am, and from 1.30pm to 3pm.
