Lantern Parade snakes round the park

The Friends of Nuttall Park held their second annual Lantern Parade, tonight, Saturday 29 October

100’s of people attended the event as the Lantern Parade snaked its way along the path which runs round the edge of the park.

Hiding in the dark were ghosts and witches screeching – and giving out sweets from their caldron. 

Earlier there were various stalls including pumpkin carving, face painting, apple bobbing, doughnut eating, mask making, lantern making and refreshments. As night drew darker the lantern procession started round the park.
