Platinum rock band Toploader to play Prestwich

Rock band Toploader are the star attraction of the Longfield Live gigs this autumn in Prestwich.
The band, whose string of hit records in 2000 included the huge-selling single “Dancing in the Moonlight” and triple-platinum album “Onka’s Big Moka”, play the Longfield Suite on Saturday 22 October.
Toploader will be supported by local bands The Gramotones and Cougar Maneuver. Tickets: £10 advance, £12 on the door.
Before then, there are three more Longfield Live gigs at the venue:
* On Saturday 6 August, in association with 106.1 Rock Radio, there’s a Pearl Jam, Nirvana and Alice and Chains tribute night. Tickets: £10 advance, £12 on the door.
* Then on Friday 9 September, Kimberley Dayle is Lady Gaga. Tickets: £6 advance, £8 on the door.
* And on Friday 30 Sep, in association with 106.1 Rock Radio, expect to see Marseille (featuring Neil Buchanan from TV’s Art Attack!), plus The Stones (Rolling Stones tribute band) and Hell to Pay. Tickets: £6 advance, £8 on the door.
