Noisy neighbour evicted in Prestwich

A Prestwich woman has been evicted from her council house following a catalogue of complaints by neighbours.

Six Town Housing took Lena Collins (aged 32) of Fitzgerald Close, Prestwich to court after residents documented numerous incidents of loud music, shouting and screaming, fighting, and allowing rowdy visitors into the property.

Despite Ms Collins receiving official warnings, residents continued to supply evidence of ongoing anti-social behaviour and complaints were received daily.

Salford County Court found that Ms Collins had breached the terms of her tenancy agreement, and granted a possession order to Six Town Housing.
