Training Success for Tetrosyl Duo

Bury employer, Tetrosyl, are congratulating two of its staff after they achieved their NVQ Level 3 qualification in record time.

With the help of local training provider, Bury College Business Solutions, Tetrosyl employees, Samantha Smithand Sarah Hornby took just 3 months to complete their NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration.

Samantha Smith, Price Maintenance Manager at Tetrosyl said: “It’s fantastic that we have completed our Level 3 in such a short space of time. Tetrosyl are very positive about training and theyreally encourage us to undertake courses to improve our skills. The NVQwas tailored to our job role, and I now have new skills and knowledge to help me carry out my job even better.”

Sarah Hornby, Pricing Assistantat Tetrosyl said, “I now have more confidence and the course has helped me to update my knowledge of company policies, including health and safety and dataprotection. The training with Bury College Business Solutions is very flexible and allows you to work at your own pace; this meant I was able to complete the NVQ in 3 months.”

The duo were fully supported by their employer, Tetrosyl Limited. Samantha and Sarah now planning to progress onto a Level 4 qualification.
