Outstanding A Level success

Congratulations to former Castlebrook High School pupil Danielle Leigh who was one of the exceptional achievers at Bury College this year.

Danielle, 18, from Bury, achieved an A* in Sociology and two grade A’s in English Language and Psychology. She will now progress to the University of Salford to study English and Creative Writing.

Of her time at Bury College Danielle said, “Studying at Bury College was very beneficial. The teaching was excellent and my tutor group was very helpful.”

This is another year that Bury College’s Advanced Level results reinforce the recent Ofsted inspection, which established that Bury College remains outstanding in all areas. Bury College is currently the highest performing further education college in Greater Manchester.
