What’s that racket coming out of Castle Leisure?

Weekly squash and racketball coaching sessions are back by popular demand at Castle Leisure Centre.

A variety of sessions aimed at different age groups and abilities start on Wednesday 14 March and run until Wednesday 30 May 2012:
• 10am- Midday: Racketball and squash session have been added to active sessions for the over-50s. Customers can pay £3.90 and join in with racketball, squash, badminton, short tennis, swimming, Fit’n’50, yoga or gym. New customers will need to undertake a gym induction prior to attending their first session.
• 5:30pm-6:30pm: Junior squash for 5 to 15 year olds. Only £1.50 per session – no need to book in advance.
• 6:30pm-8pm: Community squash for Adults (16+). Only £2 per session and get tips, tricks and advice from our expert coaches. No need to book in advance.
• Free sessions are available for 5-15 year olds during the Easter holidays. These 30 minute sessions take place on 4 and 11 April between midday and 3pm. No need to book in advance.
All of the sessions are co-ordinated by England squash and racketball coach Gary Caldeira.
