Health Check for Shakers Fans

Bury FC supporters are invited to have a health MOT at the Shakers’ next home game on Saturday December 19.

Fans can have their blood pressure checked and their carbon monoxide levels and Body Mass Index measured.

The event has been arranged by Bury Council’s Health Kick team in partnership with Bury FC and NHS Bury Community Health Champions, and it all takes place in the Main Stand between 1.45pm and 4.00pm.

It’s the perfect chance to get a health check before Christmas and receive advice on how to live a healthier lifestyle. Information will also be provided by NHS Bury services such as the Stop Smoking Service and the Health Trainer service.
