Flash in the Pan for Bury's Libraries

Three of Bury's Libraries will be holding free 'Flash in the Pan' cookery demonstrations on Thursday February 28.

The course will be held at Tottington between 10-12, Radcliffe from 1.30 until 3.30 and Unsworth from 5-7 so that residents can get advice at knocking up a nutritious evening meal at a time to suit them.

Diana Sorrigan Head of Libraries said: quot;If your soufflés are soggy and you need some advice from the experts, or if you simply want to give your family a more varied menu, come along to the libraries and be inspired."
