Prestwich Library & Adult Learning Centre - Temporary Closure

Due to the installation of gas central heating, Prestwich Library amp; Adult Learning Centre closed temporarily on Saturday 14th July and is expected to re-open on Monday,  September 17th. All telephone enquiries ndash; 0161 253 7214/7750 or E Mail prestwich.lib@bury.gov.uk

There will be a reduced lending service still available during this period ndash; please check the website www.bury.gov.uk/libraries for details or telephone 0161 253 7214/7750/7255.  The Cashiers/Housing Office will be open as normal for anyone to make payments, as will the Library Council Information Point and Adult Learning for enrolments.

Bury Learning Libraries will operate temporarily from Whitefield Library, Pinfold Lane, Whitefield M45 7NY - Telephone: 0161 253 6870 or Email burylearning.libraries@bury.gov.uk for opening times

There will be no public access computer service available during the closure and people will need to use one of the other libraries - it is advisable that users book in advance.
