Forever Bury Beer Festival.

We're now into 2008, fast approaching the Annual Forever Bury Beer Festival and in desperate need of several more sponsors.
The previous three festivals have raised over £25,000 for the cause and organiser Dave Giffard is hoping to add a further £10,000 this time round.
 
"I always thought it would get easier year by year but it doesn't, it's a struggle." said Dave, "I start in August each year and need to find at least 45 sponsors and any number of advertisers. I now need to start getting the programme designed and the posters circulated but there are several beers that still need sponsoring"
 
 You might think that it's not a lot to ask with thousands of businesses spread around the Bury area, 45 doesn't seem that many to find.
 
"It's amazing where I do get the help from. I've had posters and merchandise sent from breweries all around the world. Globet, the main sponsors are an Italian based on-line Casino. Football fans have also come to the fore with a Stoke City fan, and an Oldham fan sponsoring a beer each, whilst beer has been donated by brewers who are ardent Notts County and Blackpool fans."
 
The Festival starts at 4.00pm on Thursday 28th February and runs through until midnight on Saturday 1st March. There's 34 beers lined up along with ciders and perrys plus an extensive bottle bar. Three bands will be performing over the weekend, The Would Be Emperors; Atlantic Front and Marry Another. During the Day on Saturday the early and late football matches will be screened on the big screen with commentary from Bury's away match at Peterborough sandwiched in between.

The £125 Package Is:

a)   £15 of beer tokens for use over the weekend.

c)   Company logo and details printed on each barrel sponsored.

d)  Sponsors detail and beer sponsored in the Festival programme.

e)   2 Tickets for the Morecambe game on Saturday 8th March 2008. Including buffet lunch

f)   Added to the Beer festival website with a link to your website if applicable.
