Collision in Prestwich

A seven-year-old girl is in a critical condition after a collision in Prestwich.
Shortly after 4.30pm on Sunday 7 March 2010, police were called to Heywood Road following a report of a car colliding with a pedestrian.
Officers attended and found that an Audi A6 had been in collision with a seven-year-old girl.
She was taken to North Manchester Hospital for treatment to a head injury, and remains in a critical condition.
Nobody else was injured in the collision.
