Woman wanted in connection with £10k fraud
Date published: 10 November 2009
Police have issued an image of a woman they want to speak to in connection with a £10,000 bank fraud.
In March 2009, the offenders phoned the MBNA bank to transfer £10,000 into two accounts.
This money was the transferred to a Lloyds TSB account where the full amount was withdrawn over the counter. The Lloyds account had been set up using a false ID and is registered under the name Jill Young.
The photograph is a copy of the one used to open the false account.
If anyone recognises the woman in the image then contact Bury CID on 0161 856 8213 or independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
