Take part in library survey

Date published: 28 September 2009

Visitors to Bury libraries are being encouraged to take part in a customer satisfaction survey.

The national Adult Plus survey starts on October 5 and will ask over-16s what they think about the services provided.

People will be asked if they borrowed a book, whether they found the information they were looking for, and if they were satisfied with the library overall.

The results of the survey will be used to help improve services. Customers can also provide comments which, along with the results, will be displayed in libraries.
