Customer survey week at libraries

Library customers are being asked to take part in a survey about the services provided for them.

In the week starting July 6, people visiting Bury, Prestwich, Radcliffe, Ramsbottom, Tottington, Unsworth, Whitefield or Topping Fold libraries will be asked if they could spare the time to answer a few short questions.

Information collected will be confidential and anonymous, and will only be used to gauge customers’ awareness of the services provided in libraries.

A council spokesman said: “We hope you will take part in this survey as any feedback you give about our services is important to us.”
