Great Food Cooked Well at Bury Market!

Michelin Star Chef, Nigel Haworth, will visit Bury Markets for the second time
on Wednesday 10 December for a first class cooking demonstration. Nigel visits
hot on the heels of Bury Market's recent Radio 4s Food and Farming Award,
'Best Food Market 2008'
Accrington born Nigel who leads the teams at Northcote in Langho, The Three
Fishes in Mitton, The Highwayman in Burrow and The Clog and Billycock in
Pleasington, was recently featured on BBC2's Great British Menu 2008.
Nigel will be in the Mill Gate Square, Bury Market between 11am and 12 noon on
10 December, hosting the day?s event which starts at 10.00am and ends at 3.30
pm, and cooking up some tasty treats of her own, will be Phillipa James.
Philippa who runs her own cookery school is a food consultant for E.H.Booths
and a regular guest on BBC Radio Lancashire and at foodie events and shows
demonstrating quick and easy recipes, championing good food and local
producers.
