Special event to draw families to Bury Library

On Thursday 30 October a special creative art session will take place at Bury Library designed specifically so families can have fun this half term.

The event is part of the national Family Learning Festival which aims to highlight how families can support each other’s learning whilst having fun.

There will be free fun art and craft activities on offer and as it is getting near to Halloween children will be able to make some spooky cards, horror hangers and have a go at spider sketching.

The event is designed so that families can spend time together at their local library and the activities are designed for children aged 4 and above.

The event takes place between 10:30 am– 3:00pm and to book a place please contact Bury Library on 0161 253 5873.
