Miller Homes North West Appoints Project Sales & Marketing Manager

Miller Homes has appointed Clare Noakes as the Project Sales and Marketing Manager for its new multi-million pound ‘Miller Homes @ The Rock’ development in Bury town centre. The 113 apartments are the first residential phase in this £340m retail, leisure and residential development, the largest mixed use scheme to open in the UK in 2010.

Most recently Clare has been running her own consultancy business, after the birth of her first child in June last year. Taking on the challenges of a new business at the same time as those of a new baby is very much Clare’s style “I enjoy a challenge” she says. “The Rock project has enticed me back into mainstream house building. It is just the type of landmark development I really enjoy.”

Clare was previously the Sales and Marketing Manager at Crosby Lend Lease (previously Crosby Homes NW). Here she oversaw several of the regions highest profile developments in recent years, including No.1 Deansgate, The Hacienda and Greenquarter. She also held responsibility for the regions more traditional developments.

Before Crosby, Clare was at Fairclough Homes. Fairclough Homes was acquired by Miller Homes in September 2005, so Clare will now be rejoining some of her former colleagues.

She is appointed at a time of continued success for the company, even in the recent harsh trading conditions. Sales Director, Peter Vella said: “It is great to be able to welcome Clare into the team.
