Our PACE seminar will provide you with the tools you need to manage difficult employees, avoid unfair dismissals and will introduce you to creative ways to manage and develop your staff.

The seminar will cover a range of topics including:
* How to manage difficult employees' in the current economic climate. Lisa Woodman, Business Support Director Personnel and Administration, Bury College will guide you through the techniques involved in indentifying employees that underperform, how to manage them and change their behaviour.
* Unfair dismissal and how to avoid it. This topic will take you through the procedure required and common areas where employers often make mistakes that can lead to unfair dismissal claims. By Andrew Moore, Employment Law Specialist, Clough & Willis.
