Training Their Way Out Of Recession
Date published: 20 July 2009
Bury security company Authorized Access goes from strength to strength in it’s celebration year.
In it’s 21st year of trading, the company is proud to show it’s commitment to staff training and shout about it’s recent successes.
After 20 years in the industry, business owner David Ramsden was recently recognised as a fully qualified Master Locksmith. Recognition comes after an in depth examination, testing industry knowledge as well as locksmithing and fitting skills.
Authorized Access is the only Master Locksmith’s Association approved company in Bury and customers can be confident in receiving the very best advice and service from a team qualified to the highest possible standard in the industry.
David says, “Our locksmiths are second to non and in addition to Locksmith training, all staff are expected to achieve a minimum standard in Customer service training. So far, with the support of Bury College, we have celebrated success at NVQ 4 and 3 and two staff are working towards level 2”.
The company is proud of it’s status and enjoys sharing it knowledge and expertise with the wider community. Over the last couple of months the company has embraced the challenge of working with young people from local schools on their work experience programme and have worked with the Papworth Trust, who provide return to work support programmes for victims of industrial accidents.
David Ramsden says “we clearly place a great importance on Customer Service and also believe that continual development of our staff is the key to achieving business success into the future”.
